New Condos at Casoleil

The first phase of the Casoleil neighborhood came to Sparks back in 2006, and although the first phase sold well, the economic downturn inspired Ryder Homes to delay the building of the second phase of the community.

Now Ryder has returned to Casoleil to build a new phase of condominiums, completing the original plan for the community. Ryder's designers have developed five new, upgraded floor plans for these new units. The designs are stylish and elegant and fit perfectly in line with contemporary trends.

The Casoleil neighborhood is known for its Craftsman-inspired look, and the new homes continue that tradition with a delightful mix of stone and wood siding, beveled exteriors, covered front porches and landscaped front and back yards. The neighborhood features several green belts that give it a park-like feel that fits right in with Reno-Sparks-Tahoe culture.

The announcement that Ryder is offering new homes in Casoleil comes at the perfect time for buyers. New condos and townhomes in Sparks has been nonexistent lately as builders have focused on  higher priced single family residences. The five new floor plans at Casoleil break down into a few basic categories. There are one-story and two-story options. And in both configurations there are two and three-bedroom options available as well as options for either a one or a two-car garage.

In a one-story option, there are two plans. Plan A features 1261 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths and a one-car garage. Plan B features 1,532 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths and also features a one-car garage. Both of these floor plans feature a sprawling, open interior layout. The main living area features a large, open kitchen with professional appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets and a center island. The living room features a fireplace and built-in bookshelves. The space features plenty of windows offering views of the landscaped nature areas that surround each multi-family unit of five homes. Each one-story floor plan also features a front porch as well as an enlarged, private side patio accessed from the great room.

Casoleil's three new two-story floor plans all feature a garage and a private front porch on the first level, with the living quarters located on the second level of the home. Plan C features 1,389 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Plan D is similar to Plan C with the exception of a one-car garage. Plan E is the larges two-story floor plan, offering 1,629 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. As with the one-story units, the main living areas of the two-story floor plans also feature open layouts, professional-grade kitchen appliances, stylish interior upgrades like fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, high-end kitchens and stylish baths.

All of Casoleil's new floor plans feature elegant and sturdy LVT hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, designer tile fireplace surrounds, walk-in closets in the master suites and granite counters in the kitchens and baths. Ryder also offers buyers the opportunity to upgrade their home utilizing professional designer services.
